Ariston A1636 error code 1&3?

Hi,
My washing machine takes little bit of water and then stops and Delay Timer light flashes together wit Easy Iron, and Lock light flashes rapidly.
Those lights are from the top 1 and 3
Many thanks for any suggestions

hi, try cleaning out the water float where the pump is, clean the plastic wheel that exists the water. behind this is a small cradle that has a float in it to stop a flood, sometime small coins get trapped in there and will give this error code
