Had Virgin , telephone and broadband installed today, and since engineer has been, the box has no signal, any help would be appreciated. Thanks Kim

did he see the box when he was there?? or did you have it , out? if you had unpluged it and but it away before he got there , and its saying , ( no signal ) just make sure you put the cable back into the right port" it should be in (rf in) and not ANT. check that first.
