my glow worm is flashing F4, no hot water or heating no one knows what the problem is, can anyone help?

f4 means the burner has cut out while it was fired up.
may be that the combustion ratio's need re-set, faulty gas valve, faulty flame sensing electrode, condensate trap blocked or maybe faulty gas supply / meter governor.
really a job for a qualified engineer to sort, as it will require a flue gas analyser to check.
