how do i release the inner door seal ring. on my zanussi 1415w ?

my door seal is twisted i have a knew one to replace it i can take the outer plastic ring off the rubber but i don`t see how to release the inner ring of the seal,
how is it held. can you help

push your fingers down hard between the rubber and the plastic tub front then pull away.look on youtube for aeg door gasket which is same fit as your minus dryer
