My ceiling fan quit on high speed and after getting in there I found the capacitor had self destructed - bubbled out on the side, some melted guts poking out...

I now need a new one for model AC552AL (presumably Hampton Bay) as well as the 4 wire chain switch.

Anyone have a suggestion about a supplier who will ship? Home Depot sells them but is not interested in helping by ordering parts, nor are any of the local hardware stores.
