Here are the steps I follow.
> Control panel is off
> Touch Smart Wash, the board powers up
> Smart Wash and Heated Dry light.
> Now press Normal Was, it will Light.
> All of my option buttons do not work, only the Heated Dry stays lit (is this due to locking?)
> when I try and press Start, nothing happens.

I tried the Heated Dry/Normal Wash/Heated Dry/Normal Wash (4 key sequence) reset but does not seem to do anything.

Would appreciate any pointers.
