How can I fix my Philips TV?

There is a black horizontal space at the bottom of the screen that squashes the picture. The TV is arond ten yrs old, I can check the model no.

please advise is ita power supply or something else and how to fix it

Philips 25 GR6766/75R
Please advise if you can whether there is a adjustable screw that you can turn and strech back the picture or something.
I found two little plastic red screws that you can turn and when I tried, it only changed the sharpness of the picture and the other one just lost the picture when turned.

Probably a fault in the field output circuit. Either the field output i.c., or faulty electrolytic capacitor(s).
If you provide the model number I can possibly advise on likely components. Only a qualified person should carry out the repair.
