you will get no joy from virgin, the only way to make them take notice is to switch to another provider, and let virgin go to hell.

It appears to already be uninstalled, but with left over shortcuts and possibly folders.

Locate the install folder: Right click the shortcut and sellect "Explore..."
Delete everything in that folder.
Delete the folder itself, then the shortcut.

It may have its own uninstall program. Try looking for it by going to: Start, All Programs.
