hi i got a model:pc14-01pma mobile air conditioner its about 4 months old, i did drain the water at the back but no water is coming throug the exhaust tube. it is leeking a lot of water at the bottom in the manual they talk about a internal water contaner no alarm light come on to say its full? dont know wat to do plz help
