Air conditioning and heating problem?

When I turn on the air conditioner, no air would come out same goes to the heater when I turn it on. All the buttons are working telling me that it's coming out when it really isn't. Renault Grand Scenic 2008.

Inother words, the fan isn't working.

Suspect the fan motor or the speed controller (sometimes called resistor pack)

DO a Google search how to check and change if necessary
