why does my boiler do this?

my 24i turns on and off continously for about ten attempts then fires up, this is intermitantly through the day and night and is a pain first thing in morning. ?????

do you have correct gas pressure? does the boiler fire well once it is going? do other gas appliances in the house work well?

poor case seal, slow fan or failing air pressure switch would be my first checks
