Worcester Bosch 20/25 lock out after oil ran out then refilled?

Fuel delivered. Checked fuel in pipe to filter. Still in lock out after attempting to reset for past 48 hours. Sounds like its going to start then locks out again. Is there anywhere else we need to check for air bubbles in system?
