Repair of felt roof?

A small part of the felt roof of my shed has torn off at the apex. Whats the best way to repair it?

I would go to a roof supplies and buy some new felt (isomeric or similar) and relay the whole strip. That is if it is nailed on. If it is on with heat then you have a bigger job.
Wickes, BnQ, etc. all sell shed felt but it is thin and prone to tearing.
