split in roof felt, under tiles?

hi folk, is it possible to buy any product that can be painted on felt. to stick/glue material to close a split in felt.
i know it can be done by stripping tiles off and refelt but it is only a small split, and does not leak all the time.

up date, found that you can use flashband and stick to felt.
problem with mine is the felt is rotten under the valley tiles, so new valley needed,
