electrolux esl624. wash cycles starts then stops ?

the wash cycle will start then stops after a minute or so. the same happens on all wash cycles.

I had the same problem a year ago -Water is not coming into the washer-solved it by cleaning the inlet valve.
Now I have the same problem again -Replaced inlet valve and then emptied the overflow tank which was full. Still water is not filling up.
Any ideas on how to solve thiswould be appreciated.
