All Poltis i.m.o fail after a few uses, then the reapirs by them are very expensive almost as much as a new machine. Most polits i.m.o fail just after the guarantee has ran out. I've had three now and learnt a very expensive lesson, they are cumbersome to set up, and almost always end up being stuck in the back of a cupboard. Try vingear and water cleaning, much less expensive and hire a carpet cleaner to steam the carpets for you, no mess, no expensive gadets, and more cost efffective .
