I want to be able to test all kinds of flyback transformers in television to be able to tell is they are good or faulty.

Best way would be to purchase a flyback transformer tester for television.

I think this one is for testing with the transformer out of circuit but others are available for testing in circuit.
Note that a different type is used for monitors.
