how can I ge my top up programmes back?

I have been without my ESPN and top up tv programmes now for 2 weeks or more.
I keep my top up box on standby all night as told and turn off the tv at the wall as I have done, but I am not getting any programmes downloaded, what a waste of money!!!!!!!!
