we have a boilder i ideal mini , how do we re pressure th system?

we took off a rad. to decorate and now our boiler will not re light. we have put back on the rad. but still no luck.

somewhere on the system, probably under the boiler you will find a silver braided hose going from the c/h return the the cold water supply. it will have a black tap on it. this will be your filling point. its a snip
