im not very good with computers, so sorry i dont know the names of some things. when i go to start my computer the Compaq sign(Q) comes up and then it goes to the page where it looks like you can type and the cursor/typing thing flashes about two or three times and then the screen goes black, the screen is still on but it is black and it seems like it freezes. the caps lock light doesnt come on when i press it after the screen goes black too.
