Thomson DTi600 has no tv guide the whole graph is blank!
Which will not allow you to record anything.
This has happened on several occassions (ready to throw box through the window)
We usually re-tune everything but that wont work, we leave it running over -nite,that dont work,turn it on & off,that dont work! We have had this problem all this week!HELP!

I had same problem with my Thomson dtr.. for a couple of days I have had no channel guide info... hadn't changed any settings so was puzzled. Saw tip above and in mene/set-up ..changed channel guide from 14 day (extended) to 8 day (freeview +) and hey presto I've got the prog info back... then noticed that the programme guide was not fully update so did rescan then all appeared. Just need to set up my recording schedule.

i had the same thing changed from 14 to 8 day record time and it works fine.

hi jean make sure ur tv guide is on 8 day only. since switch over mine dissappeared aswell.also try a rescan. good luck
