i have drained heating system but boiler only re filling very slow ..combi boiler what can i do?

Hanna, it should take minutes. Have you opened up the filling loop valve fully??

check the filling loop is it fully open could be the double check valve sticking. lossen silver hose and and see what comes out when you turn it on.
