kenmore washing machine 110. With a load the drum wobbles so bad the washer can bounce around. With the machine turned off and empty, I can reach in from the top and move the drum very easy. The drum moves around with very little effort. my neighbors washer drum is much stiffer. I've looked around in the machine,but see no loose springs or parts disconnected.

You might want to remove the cabinet to see if any of the support springs are off/broken
