how to get my reddmango MR118 to work properly?

it was stuck on repeat a few days ago, and now wont play any songs whatsoever, ive tried turning it off, and changing the battery , but no change.. any help ?

Hold the multi key in the middle for a few seconds, then try it. also make sure you have the lock key in the right position
