i had a ferroli optimax he plus 38c fitted at Christmas.
all we've had is problems. they came out and fitted a new circuit board on friday but it has broken down today with the code shown as no cn. does any body know what that means.

its the circuit board again .insist you have a new up to date one .no cn mean no communication .its written on the clock.if your desparate on the front of boiler bottom rhs give the the boiler 3 sharp hits with the bottom of your fist to get it back on.[do you hear a rumbling noise as well every now and then]
