dishwasher not filling with water,cleaned filter on inlet,still didn't work,i've taken valve off to test it for continuity,should it test open or closed?
try taking it outside and tipping on it's side to drain out any excess water i had a different dishwasher with the same symptoms and it is an anti flood device. this worked for me
