How do I find a replacement hose for my Power Craft pressure washer?

I bought it on the internet and was told it was a Karcher produced for John Lewis but as I have no Karcher model number I don't know which to buy and can't find a spares dealer in Essex or East London to take it to. Naturally the internet dealer has disappeared. Anyone have any ideas for me?
