How can I fix Viessman 100W?

I have fault 9 in desplay. My instruction sais check fan and connecting cables. I do not see were to find these in the instruction manual.

Don't bother trying, it is a sophisticated boiler, as you are obviously not an engineer I suggest you call someone who has been trained on these appliances.
