things to check
1 clean out the incoming spray holes above the powder drawer.(use wire and old toothbrush)
2 may have excessive water pressure turn down the incoming water supply.
3 is the front of machine standing level ?(level it )
4 are you using tablets, ?may be partly blocked pipe between tray and the drum ,(put tablets in a bag directly into the drum)
