diplomat 8352 dishwasher isnt working right?

my integrated slimline diplomat 8352 dishwasher isnt working right. it starts, drains water out then fills up. it then heats the water but doesnt wash dishes properly. salt and rinse aid levels are ok. any ideas or help welcome.
