Had the same machine, and it was covered by an insurance policy. It was showing error codes E1, E2, E3 & E4 at different times. The engineers have been out to it 5 times, and replaced parts, the heating element, and thermostat - never knowing if it was the cause of the problem, just hoping to fix it. They finally took the machine away and had it for a month before admitting defeat and I now have a new dish washer. Not a Kenwood. The last time I spoke to them they were saying it could be the brain in the machine that has an error, and just throws out the codes when there is nothing actually wrong with the machine. It baffled a whole repair centre, and kenwood couldnt help either. Rubbish dishwasher!
