i have a cascade shower 3yrs old runs off my combi boiler 2 yrs old , it intermittently runs hot then cold ! can you tell me why please ?

I have a triton madrid electric shower.It will not heat the water up when you increase the temperature gauge

it sounds as if there isn't enough hot water passing through the shower remove the shower head from the flexi pipe then turn on the shower if the temperature is ok and constant clean or replace the shower head if temp etc isn't ok then either hot water filter needs cleaning or thermostactic cartridge needs replacing
