Drain cover not opening Bosch Clasixx 1200 express w/machine?
Ihave tried to open the drain cover at the front of the washine machine ie Bosch Clasixx 1200 Express it seems to be stuck or just not opening as i can hear the motor going when on but sounds like something jammed on the fins.
Had the same problem, before proceeding to remove pump once you have the machine on its side try unscrewing again, thankfully this worked for me, one hair clip and an 8p tip!!

you will have to tip the washer on its side and remove the pump from the washer then pull the pump apart remove the blockage them the cap should come off for next time.
