Why is there no hot water coming through mixer tap?

A recently installed dorf kitchen mixer tap is now not getting any hot water coming through. What could be the problem?

If you had hot water but now none, could be something behind the hot water seal not allowing it to open or a blockage from the installation? Turn water off, (including hot water feed) take apart and clean head.
