low preasure on hot water system?

My bathroom is downstairs, emersion heater is upstairs and I have very little preasure on my hot water. Cold water is fine, but overpowers the hot on a gravity shower. Is there anything I can do to increase hot preasure, or decrease cold preasure?

It appears that you have a mixed system ie high pressure cold, low pressure hot (coming from cistern in roof) best way is to take another feed fom cistern for cold and take down to bathroom

you cannot do anything about hotwater and is low pressure system.
You can reduce cold water pressure by installaing pressure reducing valve on cold pipe and balance it to match hot pressure.
