When set is off overnight (12 hrs or more) when you power on the set will power on for a few sec. then go off, then come back on and go off...does this 3X. If after a min. or so try to power on, it may or maynot stay on and work properly throughtout the day.  However when it is left off long period as stated earlier it will repeat the cycle again.   Is there any advice.
