Potterton netaheat won't fire?

My Potterton Netaheat MK11 10-16 won't fire up, I can hear what I assume is the spark clicking away but nothing happens. has anyone got any ideas how I can fix this can't really afford a new boiler at present.

Sounds like the pilot injector is blocked.Bit of a strip down required.Problem is pre 1984,you should not touch them, as they have asbestos inside.
