Go to ACE hardware get a small O ring and place it on the beveled plastic filler spout at the bottom of the water container put a small amount of clear gasket sealer or vaseline around the beveled plastic filler spout

I have the same problem, how do I remove the side pannel? I've looked and there are no clips or screws to undo!

There's a plastic pipe that runs from the water inside of machine, take off the side panel,the clip has come loose that keeps the pipe (tube) in place.secure pipe and it should help with the problem.
