When I click on my Norton Anti Virus Corporate Edition to scan my computer it stops after 00:01 seconds and says Scan stopped by user. I tried setting a time for the scan to start but it came up with same statement Scan stopped by user. I have been useing this Norton Anti Virus for the last 8 years with no problems.
Any help much appreciated.

be sure to remove all of the norton off your comp or you will not be able to reinstall it

i had this prob, just uninstall then reinstall either with disc or the code.
