How can we get our hot water imediately>?

We need to run about 3 or 4 litres before we get hot water. This is obviously wasteful and we would like to know how to solve the problem.
The model is turboMAXplus, thermoCOMPACT 824 E. Vaillant

simple answer is you can`t,because of the dead cold water in the pipework you just have to be patient
