I was downloading something when a window popped up asking me to restart my computer after installing important updates. There are restart now and postpone buttons, I clicked on postpone for 10
minutes a couple of times and postpone for 4 hours, some downloads take a lot longer. The mouse pointer froze and the windows stayed on my desktop. I can't shut it down and I can't do anything with it, except leave it plugged in to charge the battery and unplug it when it's charged, if I close the lid after a while it makes a loud high pitched noise until I re-open it. I hope you can get it working again fast?
