how can i repair leaky pump flange on baxi 105e combi boiler?

The flange between the water supply pipe and the circulation pump has a small leak on the feed side. How can i repair this,i have tried nipping up the locating screw with no success.Do i need to drain the system to separate the flange, and if separated is a new gasket required,if not how is it sealed?
The pump is a Grundfos type:-UP 15-60-AO

you will most likely need a new 'o' ring, im sure thats the seal on that flange, as your boiler is a combi so its a pretty straight forward job to isolate the flow and returns no the boiler via the valves underneath, drain the boiler and replace the 'o' ring

Hope this information helps
