Hamilton clock chimes out of sync?

How can I get the clock to chime the correct number of chimes. I hadn't wound it for two weeks and then it chimed 12 times at 3:00.

Move the minute hand to twelve and let it chime. Then move the hour hand to match the number of chimes. The hour hand is on by friction. If if becomes loose just push it back toward the face and it should tighten up.
