pc keeps restarting?

My desktop keeps restarting by itself after about 10 mins of use, im using win xp pro, is it a virus, is it overheating? cos it has full protection and i reinstalled xp to see was it missing any files.

could be your hard drive giving up, my pc did this for a while had to put new drive in..
