How do I get the drum out of my Hotpoint WMA74P washing Machine?

I have the bearings and need to replace them, I can't see how you can get the drum out.

the drum has be lifted out through the top of the chassis after removing everything conected to it,
all parts that will be in its way

You need to remove the whole front of the machine.
