Paper was jammed, but I cleared it. Now I have a "General Error" message and cannot use the Nozzle cleaner solution, with a thick card as was suggested by a forum member. I am truky pleased that it worked for you in that way, but can anyone help with this "General Error" problem. ( I AM able to move the print head, but cannot push any type of paper through the carriage area)
