Hi Wendy, first of all i need to know, is your appliance pumping out water? Can you turn the drum with your hand? Can you hear the main wash motor running? (This makes a slight whining noise when running). I need to know the answers to these questions as there are a few things that can go wrong for the drum not to turn.
