I assume that the problem as reported in the original thread has now been sorted as it was some time ago.
It may be worth noting that Triton do operate a Service Dept where arrangements for any required spare parts may be ordered or a service visit may be arranged where ay problems may be resolved.
Without being present on site with the unit concerned and being able to see all site conditions it is not always possible to make a remote diagnosis - for example in this case there are several components that would need to be considered as possible causes of the problem.
