That problem is the result of a weak signal.

Most of the time that is caused by dish alignment. However it can also be bad cable connections or (rarely) a bad LNB.

Contrary to a previous answer, it is EXTREMELY unlikely to be the Sky box. It can happen but try the other things first.

Could be a new sky box you need, although you could try this. Switch off power at socket, then unscrew cable connection at back of sky box that comes in from the dish. Wait approx 2 minutes then re-connect cable and switch back on at socket and sky box, you will have to wait another couple of minutes while it searches for channels.
