After about 10 secconds, a black screen will pop up and cover most of the screen up. Basically It all works, I can see the screen around the out side edge and i can play a dvd, When i turn the tv on to demo mode i see a small blue box at the bottom but i can watch the tv just annoying seeing the demo mode. Please help!

Try Unplugging set from wall and then plug back in . This sometimes clears problems .
